A series of talks and salon-style open scientific discussions on the Hard Problems in the physics of advanced propulsion and energy.
Participants are from diverse disciplines and fields, and bring a wide range of data, published papers, working theories and questions. Join the discussions on campus on any of the listed days and times; each day will feature a mix of invited talks and open gathering.
These sessions are primarily for the benefit of MIT students and faculty, but there will be room in each session for guests, so don't hesitate to visit our classroom.
Scientific and engineering presentations will be happening on each of our published days, and will include short talks as well as hour-long invited lectures.
A list of suggested papers to read on each topic will be posted here shortly. See where the edges are in each of the disciplines involved.
